You can either use this form to tell us about an item that needs to be repaired; or you can just bring it along to a session. However, by sending this information in before you attend the Repair Café we can tell you whether we think it can be repaired, and we can plan to have the right tools etc. ready. You will receive an email confirming that this request has been logged. Please bring that email (on a mobile phone, or printed out), to avoid you having to fill in the registration form when you arrive at the session.

If you have a copy of the manual for the item it will be useful to include that as an attachment, or take it with you when you bring the item to the Repair Café

N.B. Even if you fill this in you will still need to queue with everyone else at the repair session.
