What if the repair is feasible but the repairer cannot complete it at the Repair Café session?

If we undertake to attempt a repair, then the item should be taken away at the end of the session and returned for further work at the next session. Alternatively, the repairer may offer to take it away and work on it away from the Repair Café and bring it along to the next session. Contact details should be exchanged so the repairer can update you on progress.

Please note: If an item is taken home to complete the repair, it will normally be brought to the following session for collection. As we have no storage facilities, if the customer fails to pick it up after 3 months The Wokingham Repair Café reserves the right to dispose of it.
